International Orders
Global Mail Priority
shipping service is

per shipment. Orders
being sent Global
Mail should arrive

14-21 days. In some
cases, customs may
delay delivery in
certain countries
and it may take as
long as 3-4 weeks to
be delivered.

shipments (includes

to Duties, Taxes,

package tracking

Refund & Return
Policy
If you would like to
return a product,
you must email
within 30 days of
the shipment date to
receive
authorization and
return instructions.
All unopened product
can be returned for
a refund. A
re-stocking fee of
25% will be applied.
Product must be
sealed, unopened,
and in original
packaging. Product
must be shipped back
to Doctors
Associates at the
customers' expense.
All merchandise must
be insured properly
by the customer.
Refunds will be
issued upon receipt
of the returned
products. Shipping
charges cannot be
refunded. If items
are not insured
properly and get
damaged or lost when
returned, we cannot
grant refunds.
No product returns
can be accepted
after 30 days.
Foreign orders which
are detained or
confiscated by
Customs are not
subject for refund.

Damages:
If you receive any
merchandise that was
damaged during
shipping, you must
email within 24
hours after your
receipt of shipment.
We will then contact
the shipping company
for visual
inspection of the
merchandise and box.
Do not discard any
portion of the
shipment. the
shipping company or
Doctors Associates
may need the damaged
product or packaging
material. We will
issue you full
credit for the
amount of any
confirmed damaged
merchandise.
